About Hawaiian Sailing Charters

Captain Stephen was born into sailing and racing catamarans since 7 years old. He began ocean crossings at age 16, and he has lived in Hawai'i ever since. Captain Stephen is a USCG certified captain and has been offering charters in Hawaii since 2017. He is an experienced waterman, surfer, and sailor. His sailing adventures include sailing from Fiji to Hawaii, Hawaii to California, Hawaii to Tahiti, throughout all of the Hawaiian Islands, and many more. ​

In 2023, he acquired Malolo in Fiji and sailed her back home to Hawaii. Over the course of 2 years, he dedicated himself to an extensive remodel to optimize the catamaran for sailing. To say he knows the vessel inside and out is an understatement.
